Despite many efforts to try to find a cure for this condition, even today this disease is considered incurable, however there are treatments focused on reducing the effects of it, in order to ensure that patients have a healthy life, all this without leaving aside the research that continues in search of new drugs. The most common treatments used today in case fibrosis affects the respiratory system are physical exercises, antibiotics administered orally, intravenously and inhaled, and respiratory physiotherapy. In the cases of digestive affection, vitamins, pancreatic enzymes and insulin are usually administered.
