In the evolution of the world, man has had to learn or adapt to many scenarios, where in order to fit in and be well received by others he has developed habits of behavior and thus be socially accepted, they are called values, because by possessing it in Our personality or putting it into practice give us a value (esteem) that we need as individuals, but in society we define and identify us before others, one of them is honesty.
The honesty besides being a value moral is also a quality of some people because it is a characteristic that defines it as a righteous person in all aspects that are submitted. An honest person values as a great virtue being able to inspire trust in others, always demonstrating that he is an upright individual and that in all areas of his life, equity is the protagonist of his actions.
The honesty drift or alludes honor so the person who is honored is worthy of respect because he is a loyal and upright be a time to take any action. The honest person has justice as a principle of life, and he always applies it in all aspects of his life, especially when complying with the rules imposed both in his legal system and those that are taken as customary rules in his community. An example of an honest person is one who gets some valuable object and even if he has a great financial need, he returns it to its owner because he knows it is the right thing to do.
The honesty is absolute being completely honest especially with yourself in order to reflect it to others, and not based solely on respect towards material things, but must also respect being human as an individual accepting their virtues and defects and without prejudice to anything or anyone, and thus demonstrate human quality. In the workplace, this value or principle is very taken into account, since in business transparency and equity are the basis for it to emerge with good foundations.
