The meaning of impurity can be learned in different ways, it can be known as all substances or substances foreign to a body that, when mixed, become chaos, as in the case of leftover oil residues in a refinery or excess chemicals displaced from one place others leaving remains in different parts.
In the biblical case, impurity is intertwined with the physical, moral, or ceremonial. In the case of religions, impurity can mean eating foods that are prohibited by it, as in the case of Jews who are prohibited from eating pork. The specific meaning of something impure is nothing more than something mixed, stained, adulterated, corrupted, dirty, cloudy, contaminated and flawed, so that any distorted practice or thought can be called as such.
In ancient times, menstruating women were called impure because they did not understand the purpose of this female cycle, therefore they were separated from others in order to avoid some type of contamination or punishment since at that time it was believed that the menstrual cycle was a curse of the gods and not something natural.
