IP is an acronym that in the world of technology and networks means a lot, not only for the times that a system, application or data adopts them, but for its relevance and importance in the management of different procedures that in the network and the computers are used. Basically, an IP is an " Internet Protocol" or what is the same in Spanish "Internet Protocol" which is a series of conditions and rules on which the entire communication spectrum between computers on the network is managed. The IP (Internet Protocol) works by acting as a code of rules between the different devices that are capable of interacting in a network. Its conditions are standard for any team located anywhere in the world.
The term "IP Address" is also common. This is a code assigned to the different computers that connect to an Internet network. Any device that connects to an internet network and does the most conventional, such as sending an email, is using its IP address to be recognized by the protocol and thus is part of the internet mechanism.
The IP address is made up of a series of numbers that can sometimes be separated by points, this distinction is due to a hierarchical and logically automated code so that the program that uses it recognizes it. There are programs, applications that are used on the network to determine a source at least approximate of the physical address of the site where the equipment is located. An example IP address: 200.36.127.40
