A public body whose purpose is to resolve disputes with results of res judicata is called a court. The court is also known as a court of justice and court, according to the geographical place in which it is, it is that place where a collegiate group, or a judge decides the guilt or innocence of a person in a judicial case that is is still against you, other types of acts for which the laws enable them and which are called non-contentious can also be carried out.
There are different types of courts according to the classification as follows:
According to its composition:

According to its nature:

The existence of courts is a fundamental axis for the development of a republic, insofar as it enables the resolution of conflicts.
