It is a term that refers to a mountain formation in Osaka, known as Mount Kongō. This prefecture is located in Japan, on a small island called Honshū. The origins of the location date back to the year 1868, when the Meiji era began. It was formerly known as the smallest prefecture in Japan, but the Kansai International Airport was built very close to it, using an artificial island, and its square kilometers, for obvious reasons, increased. Starting in 2011, a series of decrees were approved whose purpose was to establish that the remaining lands of Osaka were natural parks.
In addition to the previous definition, on the Atlantic coast of Africa, there is an ethnic group called Los Kongo (although they are also known as Bakongo), whose density of members is close to 11 million inhabitants. This is a group that moved from its original territory around the third century and, once established, began a diplomatic relationship with Portugal, interactions that were affected by the desire of the Portuguese to indoctrinate Christianity and enslave the Kongos. Most of these did not approve of this attitude on the part of the Europeans, so they decided to break their relations with them; however, and after a long struggle, they were colonized by the Dutch, the Portuguese and the Spanish.
