Anonim

It is the term under which the different stages that make up the production of paper are included, in addition to the chemicals used in the process. Itself is called the "Kraft pulping" and, when performed, are used substances chemical as sodium hydroxide and sodium sulphide. The wood, initially, goes through a phase in which all the lignin it contains is removed, so that it is separated and converted into high pressure steam capable of producing energy.

Carl Dahl was in charge of creating such a system, being finalized by the year 1887; nowadays, it is one of the most used, as it is the one that generates the least pollution for the environment. Still, it does release some compounds that can cause acid rain and odor. Likewise, the word Kraft is present in the name of a dairy, cheese, beverage, cereal and other food company. Kraft Foods Group is established primarily in the United States, in addition to having branches in around 155 countries.

The founder of this company was James L. Kraft, who had a small family business at the beginning, which acquired some popularity and spread throughout much of the American territory, to later be present in countries other than the original one. In 2004, the company decided that it would close the doors of some of its companies and reduce the number of employees it had and the workforce it normally produced. It sold some of its existing product lines to other industries as a result of the merger with Nabisco.
