What is the environment? »Its definition and meaning

Anonim

The environment is the environment formed by natural and artificial elements, the environment is not what is around the human being, this concept is wrong, and it has been modified to such an extent that they place man as the center of the environment when not it is so. The environment is the combination of all those present on the planet, the environment is a space of interaction, relationship and communication between organisms with or without life, among which constant changes are produced by external agents that disturb and modify to the environment and internal agents that react to the changes exerted in it.

The environment is made up of abiotic elements (the environment and its influences) and biotic (living organisms).

The main abiotic elements are: the atmosphere, water and soil. With regard to biotic elements, it is made up of all living organisms that inhabit the environment; plants, animals, and humans. Each of these, complement and relate to each other, while plants carry out photosynthesis and the entire process to develop, the animal feeds on its properties to exist and man with his reasoning capacity manages the first two organisms to survive and maintain sustainable its environment.

Currently, the environment has been drastically modified, compared to times ago, this is due to the presence of new mechanisms and technologies to exploit the planet's renewable and non-renewable resources, which represents a greater wear and tear on the environment. The contamination of abiotic components of the environment has been increasingly alarming for humans. The water supply has become very complex and there is still no realization that without water there is no life.
