The word motivation comes from the Latin word "motivus or motus" means "to motivate and motive" and the suffix "tion" which is for "action and effect of motivating", "motivus" also refers to "movement". The motivation refers to the accuracy and the signaling or intensity that is revealed in a subject when performing an action, but always maintaining a behavior firm until you can meet all objectives in order to create or increase thereby boost necessary for that means, that action or to stop it.
The motivation can be defined as the dynamic following behavior, as well as internal factors or determinants that prompt action. The motivation can also say it is an internal state that activates, directs and maintains behavior of people which is in charge of stimulating and make an effort in order to achieve certain goals.
The motivation in the area of psychology and philosophy is the one that includes internal domains that are responsible for directing the organization towards the objectives or established purposes, because they are like impulses that move individuals make any kind of actions and thus be able to stay in them for their culmination.
The various schools of psychology have various hypotheses on how motivation is established and its effect on behavior from the beginning of different perspectives, this helps people to understand and improve human motivation.
