Birth is a word that encompasses everything that is understood at the end of a pregnancy, when a female or female species gives birth to the creature that was developing at a certain time of gestation. A natural birth involves three essential stages in which all the characteristics of a normal birth are manifested: The first stage includes everything related to contractions and pain until the cervix is ​​dilated.
