The word negative refers to everything that has to do with the deficiency, for example, how to say the medical results were negative, usually it is to make it known that the suspected pathology was not found. Another clear example would be, the pregnancy test was negative, which shows that there is no being in gestation. Many of the times the term negative is used is to refer to something negative. With regard to values, the negative term tends to be ethically incorrect.
On the other hand, in physics, the negative term is attached to the electric charge and is the property of matter that electrons have that attract with patterns that have a positive charge. The negative word in mathematics is called those numbers that are less than zero and are located to the left of it on the number line and are preceded by the minus sign (-1, -2, -3).
On the other hand, the word negative can also be used to refer to those people who are capable of seeing the bad or irremediable of some fact or things, instead of observing the good and positive. For example: "Come the glass half empty and not half full."
