What is worry? »Its definition and meaning

Anonim

It is that restlessness or fear that something awakens a person. Worry is often associated with distress and restlessness that occurs for some reason. There are all kinds of concerns: Someone may be worried that their soccer club has two games without wins, while someone else may be worried about not having a job.

To worry is to have the body alarm on before the accident occurs, just in case; And if that organic alarm system, which should work when the dangerous situation is really imminent, continues to work, it generates chemicals in the body that are harmful to health.

Living worried is taking life as something dangerous, without any other alternative that allows us to relax and enjoy things.

Some concerns, therefore, are minor and are soon left behind. Others can persist over time and lead to psychological problems such as anxiety disorders or even depression.

In general they accompany anxiety and appear, if it is a highly complex problem, such is the case of depression and anguish. Especially in those cases in which the person cannot find a solution to their concerns with nothing.

Each person, according to their convictions and experiences, will develop their own concerns that do not coincide with those of another, precisely because they are individuals and think differently. The concern is one of the characteristics of the day - to - day many people, something that others may seem like a nightmare impossible to cross. It is not difficult to distinguish the two sides, and labels such as "pessimistic" and "optimistic" are used, respectively, although the background of these seemingly opposite ways of facing life is not easy to understand.

It is important to start thinking about whether it's really worth worth worrying about so many things that can be material; being able to learn to prioritize priorities and recognize and renounce internal mandates that force them to occupy the mind uselessly, leaving aside experiences that will never be repeated and that can be much more important.
