A problem is a circumstance in which an obstacle to the normal course of things is generated. Its etymology shows us that a problem is one that requires a solution. At the social level, the most generic concept of a problem can be used in any field, because in theory, problems exist everywhere. The lack of reasoning is not a decline in the orientation of the concept, for example, animals of any species can face circumstances in which their health or even their lives are compromised and that is a problem.
For human beings, the range of problems is very diverse. An individual problem is one that only causes damage or annoyance to a single person, however, others could collaborate or participate in the search for the solution to this but this is a relative variable, it depends on each situation. The collective problems are the ones that usually involve a community or a group of people who share a geographical area or a particular area (a housing estate, a boat). In the latter case, not only one person should be committed to solving the problem, but all together.
The different scientific areas that are related to the study of numbers, values and biological and physical terms, the problem is a knowledge tool in which the student sees it posed and then from the instructions and learning obtained in class it is proposed to solve it. A mathematical problem in the form of an equation, generally contains three essential factors, the variables, which are those unknowns that through the formula must produce a certain value.
Vivimos inmersos de problemas en la vida cotidiana, tanto que desde un punto de vista más dogmático y filosófico se podría aseverar que son parte de nuestro ser y que nuestro propósito en la vida consiste en esencia en la resolución de problemas y circunstancias que se presentan en el correcto curso de las cosas. Problemas políticos, religiosos, de salud, económicos y sociales son llevados a diario a la calle y a los hogares por todos los seres humanos dependientes de una relación jurídica e intrapersonal.
