The word prose derives from the Latin "prose" which means "prosaic language in poetry" or "structure or form that it takes naturally to express the concepts and is not subject, like the verse to measure and cadence determined". The prose is a way of written language, which is defined by the strength of poetry, figures associated with the so - called identity. Prose is identified as the rivalry of poetry, because it does not have a metric rhythm, nor repetition in a fixed way, nor does it have regular repetition of one thing every so often (rhyme), as does the dictionary "Ducrot" and "Todorov". The rhythm, reproduction and regular repetition that are precisely the characterizing elements of the psychological phase of development in which the activities of the mouth predominate.
The poems are written in prose, but it is diversified from the narration or the story by not having the story of events as an end, but the purpose of the prose is to convey emotion. On the other hand, micro-stories are the most common prototypes of poetic prose, because aesthetic determination predominates over the desire to narrate.
In this area there are two types of prose which are: didactic prose and fiction prose.
The didactic prose, are the dialogues that perform two or more people when they start a conversation to try to convince the other members with poetic about different issues and conversations that have the perfect tone to convey teachings so attractive and rhetoric.
Fictional prose deals more with novel dramas, so sentimental, chivalric, Moorish, Byzantine.
Sentimental: it is characterized by the intercalation of poetry and language, which is when the novels are written in the form of letters (epistolary), and are made with love themes that link it with songbook poetry.
Of chivalry: they are those who are members of two important French cycles, the Arthurian or related to the chivalric cycle of this legendary King of Brittany, which is a category that reached humanity almost a hundred works.
Marisca: they are those that have the existing tensions between the Moors and the Christians through the idealization of their ties.
Byzantine: they are known as adventurous Greeks, which relates the difficulties of couples who must fight against the opposition of their families to live their love in freedom.
