A Compensation is the payment that a person can receive for a job well done. The remuneration is obtained as part of a prior agreement in which a person acting as boss, client, or employer acquires, buys or reserves the rights and duties of a person through a spoken or written contract so that it complies with a series of tasks or complete the delivery of a product. The remuneration comes at the end, when the work is completed and whoever performs it receives their reward or payment. There are several ways in which different types of remuneration or payment can be defined:
The Salary or Salary is a remuneration in which a worker receives a constant payment for the actions or tasks that he performed in a determined time interval and in a specific place indicated in the employment relationship. Many laws regulate this payment twice a month, representing it as a whole divided into two parts that are paid on the 15th and last of each month, 10 or 25 of each month or on the date established in the contract or agreed between the parties.. Among the remunerations of this type are also included all the social benefits or those established in the regulations as applicable in the different countries.
The remuneration for work performed, for example, that given to a mechanic after repairing a vehicle, is not fixed but is established at the time of hiring a service that is defined by the circumstance or is given by a need. The relationship ends when the service is provided and the remuneration is delivered after the client verifies that the quality of the work is adequate or the desired product is delivered.
An extra remuneration is that which obtains when a person stands in the functions of an organization. Prizes, bonuses, rewards or simply gifts that a boss gives are the remunerations that are not included in the salary package agreed in the contract. They do not necessarily have to be monetary, they can be products, souvenirs, among others.
