Despite the large number of bad and negative beliefs that revolve around sucrose, the truth is that per se it is not harmful to health at all, on the contrary, it is a very good nutrient for our body, which is digested easily and produces toxic during its metabolization, however, the problem occurs at the moment in which sucrose is consumed in excessive portions by people, since it will be responsible for a high glycemic index.
