The word Saint is a term applied to signal a person or divine entity that is absolved of any guilt and possesses to a great extent an infinite goodness to offer. In this way, in the field of religion, all those people who stand out in the biblical scriptures for their outstanding behavior are mentioned as "holy", in conjunction with a totally unmarkable morality that gives them a divine connection with entities of high spiritual light, in this way there is a certain elevation of the saints with respect to the position of the rest of the individuals full of sins.
Locating an example, one could cite the Catholic religion, where the people who wish to sanctify are declared as such solely and exclusively by the main seat of the Catholic Church (Vatican); the candidate for sanctification must meet many requirements to have this privilege: that he is dead, that he has had a behavior in life to follow (as if to be an example for the whole society) and that there are miracles granted by him registered anywhere of the world, this process is then known as "canonization."
The process bears that name because all the saints are listed under a document known as the "canon"; After the canonization is completed, his followers have free will to worship him, make offerings to him, and then dedicate a date to his honor (liturgical). The canonization is carried out under the power of the Pope who is in mandate, he is in charge of carrying out a final analysis to be able to indicate that he does qualify as a saint who must be venerated, where it is included: if he had heroic actions, if he belonged to the Catholic Church and if it was a person who, for defending his faith, suffered numerous abuses, finally, as already mentioned, if within his divinity he would have fulfilled at least one miracle worldwide.
One characteristic that unifies all the saints is their love to serve their neighbor without any distinction, regardless of whether they were Christian, Evangelical, Buddhist, Muslim, Satanic, etc; Most of them teach that if there is a needy one, a hand should be reached without a hint of reservation.
