The Holy Grail is the name by which the cup that was used by Jesus Christ during the celebration of the Last Supper with his apostles is known. According to some authors such as Robert de Boron, the Holy Grail has a special relationship with Joseph of Arimathea, since based on his stories, after the resurrection of Jesus 3 days after his death, he appeared to Joseph of Arimathea and to him He handed over the chalice and gave him the task of bringing it to Britain. Other authors narrate that this chalice was used by José himself to collect the bloodand the water that flowed from Jesus thanks to the wound caused by the centurion's spear on one of his sides, years later he would be in charge of protecting the Holy Grail, so I created an order dedicated to it.

As for its symbolism, it may vary depending on the author, one of the most widespread being that exhibited by the artist and inventor, Leonardo Da Vinci, according to him the holy grail is a metaphor for Mary Magdalene, who was responsible for carrying the son of Jesus and with him his lineage, however this is considered by the church as a conspiracy theory that seeks to stain the image of Jesus.
Regarding his search there are various stories, one of the best known is that made by the knights of King Arthur, with the hope that their find could bring prosperity and peace to the kingdom. There are other authors who claim that the Holy Grail is that cup that rests in the Cathedral of Valencia. What is certain is that the history of the Holy Grail is characteristic of medieval Christian mythology, for this reason there are no data regarding this object in the sacred scriptures. There are also those who compare the grail with the philosopher's stone and even some objects of great value that the Templars found, however each of these stories has not been proven.
