In the first place, the word "being" does not have a specific description, so we are allowed to misrepresent its meaning, assigning it or using it in innumerable situations.
As a first dimension, it could be said that being is a verb that acts in a copulative way, that is, it allows the union or the link between the subject and a predicate that make up a sentence; As such, the word being does not give a strict and unique meaning to the sentence, the meaning or the interpretation of a phrase in which said verb is involved will be able to be deciphered if more attention is paid to the other words that conjugate it, example; "When I grow up I want to be a policeman" , "This can't be, I want my car clean now . "
On the other hand, the appellation of being is attributed to the presence of an entity or some structure that has life, calling them "living beings" , which are part of a reality, such as the "human being". Not only the group of living beings is made up of humans, this terminology covers absolutely everything that has life, animals, plants, bacteria, parasites, fungi and even unicellular organisms such as protozoa.
Another point of view where the word beings is applied is in the aspect of fiction, where they are mentioned, star beings, beings from beyond, beings from other planets and so on. The word ser is also used as the name of a company in Spain and Nicaragua, giving a name to a radio station and a magazine respectively.
