The mission is to keep technological advances and developments within reach for a better educational quality, strengthening teaching and learning in the process.

Educational technology was born in past centuries, in the decade of the 50s, going through various approaches and trends such as audiovisual, programmed, instructional technology being cryptic as in teaching itself. Despite what is believed by its name, it does not refer to the technological part of the operation of a machinery limiting itself; it is the incarnation of education in the study curriculum in a programming of rigid, closed and concrete concepts.
