Trankimazin is a medicine whose active substance is alprazolam. It is part of the group of benzodiazepines. This drug is used to treat anxiety states, panic attacks especially as panic attacks, stress intense and agoraphobia (Obsessive fear of open spaces).

It comes in a commercial presentation in 0.25mg tablets; 0.50mg; 1mg; 2mg; and in oral drops of 0.75mg / ml; and is marketed by the pharmaceutical company Pfizer SA.
