    • Submucosal layer.
  2. Solid or parenchymal viscera: they are viscera that show two completely different fragments in their anatomical structure, which are the parenchyma, which is a noble tissue of the viscera that provides it with the type of function and is made up of a capsule that encloses and protects it., and we have the stroma which is a tissue that supports and represents the interstitial armor.

The viscera of some animals are edible and provide a high protein content in amounts similar to those of meats but have a higher portion of iron. An example, 9mg should be compared. Beef liver and meat would have 3.40 mg. The organ meats that are most common for consumption are the kidney, liver, heart, tongue, these have a large amount of vitamin B12, iron and proteins.
