It is having the certainty of something or assuring something, with a clear expression and without misrepresentation. The truth is the affirmation of something that corresponds with reality. It is interesting to define and classify this term since it varies according to behavior, judgment or the reality of being, since truth is a property of things and of human understanding, something is true when it occurs in reality, when it happens or is fulfilled.
The truth is linked to the objective of knowledge and thus obtain results that cannot be questioned, nor that can be objected, but that are evident with security and certainty. In Greek philosophy and in realism it is the conformity of thought with the thing and in modern idealism it is the systematic coherence and conformity of thought with its laws. In logic it is one of the possible values of any proposition since the concepts or terms are not true or false but exemplified or not exemplified.
Truth can also be defined as the set of specially related principles on which not only one's behavior, but one's understanding of the universe is supposed to be based. In the legal field, it speaks of the true truth and the procedural truth, to refer to the veracity of the facts and what can be proven in the respective file, many times both truths do not agree. We can take the truth as a fundamental and ethical value with meaning based on reality, knowledge and culture.
