The unfortunate thing is that teacher violence has become a component of daily living, in the lives of young people, where these same young people of any social class are affected, which despite much protection from parents and representatives continues to occur and where the campus authorities themselves are silent, this in young people causes fear, anguish and insecurities and where classmates are often active participants in such acts.

Many times it is exercised as a way to maintain power and order within a certain group and is based all on control, using grades as a method of retaliation against any student who reports the facts, making students feel cowed before a teacher and acting passively before the abuser, that is, the teacher or senior staff becomes the aggressor and the students the marginalized.

The law says it is an act or an omission in the abuse of power that harms, that is, the act is harmful, such as silence it, for this reason the teacher-student relationship must be reviewed so as not to reach an abuse of power and become something normal and everyday, for not teaching and educating young people about abuse and violence by a teacher, becoming aware of the problem.

This same law announces that these acts are harmful, damage self-esteem, mental health, the integrity of a victim's freedom and security, preventing the development and equality of young people, since the students or the student is not responsible for become a victim, and the laws have a duty and an obligation to protect him as he cannot alone.
