The visa is the permission that is granted by the country, that a specific person wants to visit, that is, it is an existing norm between different countries that allows the legalization of the entry or stay of a subject or group of them from a country where no whether you have nationality or free transit, which could be by agreements between both parties, that is, the country where you are born and the country you visit, with a well-founded purpose.
