What's new in iOS 16.1
Since the release of iOS 16 we've only had minor updates to fix bugs and improve system security. With iOS 16.1, apart from those typical "news" it implements 5 interesting new features in our iPhone.
All these new functions that we are going to name have been tested in the betas of iOS 16, so they are sure to be released in this new version of iOS coming on October 24.

What's new in iOS 16.1:
In total there will be 5 new features, plus a plus of security and error correction, which will arrive with this new version:
Live activities:
With iOS 16.1, Apple is enabling Live Activities on the redesigned iOS 16 lock screen and Dynamic Island on iPhone 14 Pro. Live Activities is a new type of interactive notification that can dynamically display real-time information from apps without the need to open an app directly.
Live activities, in addition to being displayed while the phone is in use, are also displayed on the lock screen in always-on display mode.
Redesigned battery indicator:
Apple is changing the behavior of the battery icon to stop showing that it is completely full and to accurately reflect the iPhone's charge level when the percentage is displayed.It also extends the battery indicator to more devices, including iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini.
Apple Fitness+ with just an iPhone:
Starting with this new version of iOS, iPhone users will be able to subscribe and use Apple Fitness+ without the need for an Apple Watch If you don't know this service, tell you that it provides a wide catalog of videos and training programs with different trainers.
Clean Power Charge Option:
Apple adds a new option to clean energy charging With it the iPhone selectively charges when electricity is available with lower emissions carbon in an effort to provide a greener charging method. It will still reach full charge before the user goes to disconnect the iPhone from the charger, depending on the person's daily routine.
Preload content within the app:
iOS 16.1 adds a new switch for apps downloaded from the App Store that can automatically run newly downloaded apps in the background to download content before launching them for the first time. The new switch is intended to make it faster for users to start using an app immediately after downloading without waiting for content within the app to load.
