How to show a photo on iPhone and not get out of it
Surely you have ever shown a photo to a friend and he, with his whole face, has started to look at more photos and videos that you have on your roll, right? Today, in one of our iOS tutorials, we tell you how to prevent this from happening and that you can only see the image or video that we want to show.
There are people who trust each other in an inappropriate way and after innocently leaving our mobile so they can see a snapshot of us, they gossip about our iPhone entering other photos, videos from the roll, and even accessing other apps. This is something that Apple allows us to narrow down. We can lock our devices so they can't come out from where we don't want them to come out.
How to leave the iPhone to a person to show a photo and not get out of it:
Thanks to the Guided Access function, we can do what we told you about. Leaving the iPhone to any friend, relative, colleague and who cannot get out of that photo, video that we show you from our reel.
To do this we have to configure the Guided Access as we explained in the link that we have given you in the previous line. Once configured, we have to do the following:
- Enter the film and put on the screen the image or video that we want to show.
- When having Guided Access configured, with the "Quick function" activated, once we have it on the screen only the image that we want to show, preventing the photo carousel from appearing at the bottom of the screen (for this we press in the photo to show it full screen), we press 3 times in a row on the power off button of the iPhone.
Interface that shows ONLY the photo we want to show
If it asks you for a code, put it and remember it (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT). If you directly block the photo, you already have it, you can leave the iPhone to anyone since they will only be able to see that image.
If it allows you to move to other images and videos in your roll, check before you leave the iPhone, exit Guided Access mode by pressing the power button 3 times, put the If you do not have a password, configure the Face ID to unlock it automatically, and on the screen that will appear, press the "Options" button that appears at the bottom left of the screen.
Turn off “Touch” to avoid gossip
Now you have to deactivate the “Touch” option. This will prevent them from browsing our photos. Now you can click on "Resume" , which appears in the upper right part of the screen, and re-lend the mobile to whoever you want without suffering in case they see other photos or videos.
You see how easy.
To exit “Guided Access”, follow the steps that we explain in the link that we have given you above.
We hope we have helped you and if you have any questions ask us in the comments or on our social networks.
Greetings.
