The App Store becomes more secure
We all know that if Apple excels at something, it's security. And it was not going to be less its application store, one of the most secure today. But we also know that it is not infallible and we have already seen how, on occasions, Apple has had to withdraw apps after approving them.
The reasons for these withdrawals have been very varied, most of them being for breaching the rules of the App Store. But we have also been able to see how Apple had to remove rogue apps from the App Store after approving them.
This option is currently only available on the US App Store
And it seems that Apple is aware that, although its platform is safe, this could happen again. To avoid this, with the update of iOS and iPadOS 15 they have decided to implement a new option to report applications.
It is, specifically, the possibility of notifying that an application is a fraud or fraudulent. In this way, the users themselves will be able to indicate that the app is a fraud and that it does not comply with what was promised, with its mission, that it includes inappropriate content, that it tries to scam us with integrated purchases, etc.

This way of reporting an app is currently only available on the App Store in USA. But, as usually happens with this type of news, it is very likely that it will be about to appear in the App Store in other countries.
As it seems, this option will be located on the app's page in the App Store More specifically, at the bottom of the app, just below the policy privacy of the app. And, if we press it once it is operational, we should see something similar to "Report scam or fraud".
