Intrigue and adventure game for iPhone
It's about Doors: Paradox and if by chance you've played titles like The Room saga, you can't stop downloading it. We are talking about a game that perfectly combines intrigue, mystery and adventure, and mixes them in a great escape title. On this occasion, the Snapbreak Games team has set aside the PARADOX saga, to offer us an alternative to the escape games we were used to.
Although you don't really have to escape, if not to solve the puzzles that they give us. One of the iPhone games that has been receiving the best reviews lately.
Doors PARADOX has the perfect mix for a game of intrigue and adventure:
Throughout the few free levels we found, the game sees you move, slide, and poke around those levels. You will need to find objects, place them where they are supposed to go, turn cranks, pull levers and manipulate the little worlds to open a door. If we manage to open the door, when we cross it we will go to the next level.
All levels have their own distinctive style. Suddenly we find ourselves on a pirate island, complete with parrot and treasure, and in the next level we find ourselves flying through space in an intergalactic postal machine. Each of the challenges takes us about five minutes to complete. The turning point is finding the first object. Once you do, things will flow pretty smoothly. We go from one small puzzle to another, placing the things we have found, or separating them, until the door opens and we can move on.
Unlock levels in Doors: Paradox:
To unlock additional levels, we must find gems. Or purchase the pack that unlocks everything at once. The success of this game, in my opinion, is that you rarely get cornered or stuck, the game itself is quite affordable in terms of difficulty. And if the going gets tough, there's a hint system to help you out. It's true that Doors: Paradox may not have as long and complex a story as The Room saga, but it is aimed at a more casual audience. This is a game that takes a few minutes to solve instead of hours, and progresses at a decent pace. You won't spend long hours thinking about a puzzle to solve it.
Someone will think that this game of intrigue and adventure doesn't have a “hook” like other games, but in my opinion Doors: Paradox is still a solid enough experience for me to worth it.It has a perfect mix between fun, and the desire to eat your head a bit in those moments of inactivity when you feel like a quick game. Maybe the difficulty is relatively low, and the free levels aren't enough, but for the money it's totally worth it to unlock those extra levels and remove the annoying ads along the way. If you want to see a specific level, leave it to me in the comments, and we will analyze it in depth. See you next time!
