And it is that we are, without a doubt, facing the best instant messaging application that we can find right now in the application market. It has functions that make it incredible, and which we always talk about in APPerlas.
One of them was create folders . And in this case, we are going to go a little further and we will show you some more function inside these folders.
How to mute chats in Telegram folders
When we have created our folders, we will see that several columns appear at the top, depending on the folders created.
If we go to any of these columns, we will access those folders. But what if we want to mute any of these chats, or mark them as read, archive?
And this is where the surprise comes, because if we do it as usual, we will see that when we slide to the left or right, the screen moves and changes folders. Instead of those famous tabs that allowed us to mute, archive, the following column appears.
Well, the solution is simple and the way to do it, in part, has not changed anything. For these tabs to appear, we just have to make the same displacement, but from the extreme part of the chat, that is:
- If we want the tabs on the left to appear, swipe from the left end of the chat.
- If we want the tabs on the right to appear, we must do the same, but this time from the right side.
Swipe the chat from the end to the left or do the same from the right
In this way, the functions continue exactly the same as if we had not created folders, but in this case we must perform the most precise movements. That is, we must do it from the ends of the chat, if we do not do it from said ends, we will go from folders.
