The app is called Minitopo
In the App Store we find a multitude of learning apps. There are all kinds, but today we focus on one to learn culture. These types of apps are appreciated since learning culture is something very necessary nowadays and even more so if we take into account the way in which it proposes that we learn it.
When we open the application we will see a series of courses. There are all sorts of them, and we find painting courses and painters, cultural sites and things to know, mythology and mythological beings, food and places, among many others.
The way of learning with this app to learn culture is different from that of many learning apps
When selecting one of the courses we will see that it is not a course to use. These courses are developed as a conversation through messages from messaging apps. And it is in the "conversations" in which we learn the details of the course we have chosen.
Some of the courses
Each of these courses has a progress and are made up of different phases. For example, in a course about St. Petersburg, it begins with some images and indications of the city, to go on to learn more about its founders and its architecture, among others.
In the second tab of the application is where our progress is saved. From it we can see all the conversation-courses that we have started and in the phase in which we are.We can also save the phrases and interesting data from the conversations, and they will be displayed in the fourth tab of the app .
The development of a course in conversation
Currently, Minitopo offers these “courses” in both English and French and español So, in addition to learning culture, you can take the opportunity to practice one of these two languages. We cannot do more than recommend that you try the app.
