Wikipedia App for iOS
Everything you ask yourself has an answer and, normally, you'll find it on Wikipedia. It is evident that by accessing it from your web browser, be it Safari, Chrome or whatever, you can enter it to make all kinds of queries, but isn't it faster and more intuitive to access it from its application?official?.
There are many applications on this platform in the App Store But the official application is the one that offers us the best interface for our device . From it we can make all kinds of inquiries.The user experience from the web on iPhone is not as good as it is from the app.
Here we show you what this very interesting knowledge tool is like.
Wikipedia, the largest source of knowledge on the internet on your iOS device:
As soon as we enter it, the "Explore" menu appears, where we can see which have been the most read articles lately, the image of the day and even what happened on a day like today in the past.

At the top we have the search engine. In it we can enter any word or topic that we want to find out about.
At the bottom, as you can see in the previous image, we have the following menus. Below we explain what each one of them is for:
- Explore: It is the menu that we have already mentioned and where we can see information on the most searched topics, what happened on this day in the past
- Places: If we activate the location service, the app will locate us and inform us of all the interesting things around us. A very useful tool for sightseeing.
- Saved: We can save articles to read them later even without an internet connection.
- History: This menu shows our search history
- Lupa: From it we access the search engine from which we can search for anything we want to know and find out about.

As you can see in the following image, within a Wikipedia article a menu appears at the bottom of the screen that allows us, among other things, to save it to read it later, translate it, access to the different part of the article, word search, text configuration, page color
