Wallpapers to save battery
In our section of wallpapers for iPhone, we have a multitude of images, ideas, designs to give your home screen a personal touch. Today, we are also adding wallpapers to save battery life on your iPhone.
We advise that all iPhone on the market will not save battery when using these backgrounds. Only the iPhone that have an OLED screen will do so. These are iPhone X, XS, XS PLUS and the new iPhone 11All the others use an LCD screen and, therefore, they will not increase the autonomy of the device even if you use them.
This is all because the difference between the two types of screen is that in OLED screens only the LEDs where there are colors light up. If there is a pure black color in an area of the screen, the LEDs do not light up and so much battery is not consumed. On LCD screens, whatever color appears on the screen, the screen is fully illuminated.
But here we must highlight one very important thing. The color black must be real, pure black. The grayish tones are not worth it. If we see greys, even if they are very dark, the LEDs light up and the battery saving through the wallpaper disappears.
This is why the dark modes of many apps, in order to save battery life, must be completely black.

We tell you this so that you can download them at maximum resolution. When you click on the download and see the image on the screen, keep it pressed so that the option to save it appears and then, from the reel, you set it as wallpaper.
iOS Black Background
The first one we show you is the one that comes from iOS. It is the one that consumes the least battery since it is completely black. To activate it, go to Settings/Wallpaper/Select another background/Fixed and select the last one that appears in the image gallery.
