Spotify App for Apple Watch
If you are a Spotify PREMIUM user, you will surely have the app installed on your Apple Watch. If not, what are you waiting for?.
All of us who heard the news installed it on our Apple watch to see how it worked. But surely the vast majority of us are very disappointed to see that it can simply be used to control the playback of the app on any external device.
We were hoping to be able to run Spotify as we can on our iPhoneBeing able to access our lists, search for songs, access the browser and even be able to download songs to the Watch so that you can listen to them from the watch itself, without having to depend on having the iPhone nearby.
To make up for all those shortcomings, Apollo for Watch appeared An app that should be based on Spotify for the future. An application that shortly after appearing in the App Store, was radically eliminated. Very few of us have been the lucky ones who have been able to download it to enjoy it.
The Spotify app for Apple Watch should be like Apollo for Watch was:
With Apollo for Watch you could do anything. It's as if the Spotify app for iPhone had gotten inside the Apple Watch , but with the limitations of a much smaller screen, where to operate.
The app could only be used with Spotify Premium accounts and with the use of Airpods.
Everything was very well integrated and offered all kinds of functions, which you could access through gestures.
From Home, we could access the playback in progress, our lists, the explorer, the search engine and the downloaded lists.

It had an offline mode that would allow us to listen, without any type of connection, to the songs that we had downloaded.

Opinion about the Spotify app for Apple Watch:
Spotify has just started its journey on the Apple clock. The room for improvement is vast and we know that the app will improve a lot over time.
All we hope is that, in the not too distant future, the Spotify app for Apple Watch will be as it was Apollo for Watch. Although possibly, Apple plays against this possibility.
We'll see what happens in the future. Everything that happens in this regard, we will tell you here.
