With this break, we went to Apple, since it was just the glass and the camera worked perfectly.Upon reaching Apple, they told us that they could not change that glass. The solution they gave us was to replace the device with a new one. This may sound good a priori, the problem is that since it is broken, the guarantee is no longer valid.
Therefore, the solution they gave us was to pay €570 to be able to replace the device with a new one. Obviously, we flatly refused, since it was excessive to pay that amount of money, for a tiny crystal. We remember that the camera worked perfectly. Therefore we summarize:
- Broken glass and camera in perfect condition.
- Let's go to Apple so they can see it and make a diagnosis.
- At Apple they refuse to check the device, because they say they can't look at a broken device.
- Solution by Apple, pay €570 for a change of device.
With this data, we decided to look for a third party, a trusted site that can solve our problem. We find the site and they tell us that they fix our glass without any problem. The price of the repair is €40.
We accept the repair and that's it. For €40 we have our iPhone fully functional again and like the first day. We have to comment that sometimes when the glass breaks, the lenses may be affectedWe will realize that they are affected, because when taking a photo, spots are visible.
In the event that this is your problem, you can also change the camera and the glass for a price of around €100-140. This price includes the change of glass and original Apple camera. Much difference with those €570 that Apple asked us for.

The conclusion is that Apple is out of warranty, it is not going to give us any solution other than going through the box and with large amounts of money. If we take into account that we pay close to €1,200 for an iPhone, let alone have a technical service to match.
