What is Live Listen
We think that with this new feature Apple will once again revolutionize the technology market.
This new feature coming with iOS 12 is called Live Listen.
Its translation would be something similar to Listen live.
This new function will offer the possibility of using your iPhone as a directed microphone, so you can leave it recording the audio, walk away, always within bluetooth range, and the sound source will be heard through your Airpods.
That is, the iPhone will be our remote microphone.
And in the Airpods we will receive the live audio of whatever we direct the microphone towards to listen.
So we can be in a noisy environment (in the subway, the street, a restaurant, ) and the voice of whoever is speaking will be redirected through the Airpods.
The Live Listen function makes Airpods an essential accessory for all those who are hard of hearing.
In this case, with the Live Listen function, the Airpods will work as audio receivers by improving the auditory signal and amplifying it.

Everyone knows that Apple has always tried to make it easier for people with disabilities to use their devices.
This time we think it's overdone! We'll have to wait for iOS 12 to check it out.
