- Empty a specific chat:
To carry out this operation, we will have to enter the chat menu. Once inside, we choose the conversation we want to delete and enter the conversation.
Within the conversation we go to the "information" of the conversation (to do this, we click on the name of our contact or group, once we are inside the conversation) and we scroll to the bottom , where we find a tab that says "Delete conversation" and click on this option to empty all the chat .
In this way we will delete the entire conversation, but we will leave our contact or group in the chat menu.
- Empty all chats :
To carry out this operation, we will have to enter WhatsApp and go to "settings", which is the menu that appears on the right.
Once inside, we scroll through the entire menu, to the bottom, where we find a tab that says "Empty all chats". In this way, we empty all the chats, but without deleting any contact or group.
When we exit to the chat menu, we see how we continue to keep all the contacts we have been talking to, but they are completely empty.
