The previous image corresponds to the main screen of the app. As you can see, it's quite simple.

We have only 2 buttons:

  • START: By pressing it we will quickly begin to execute the exercise routine that the application proposes. In the upper part, the exercise to be carried out will appear graphically. We have a PAUSE button at the top right or cancel training at the top left.

  • REMINDERS: We will be able to configure reminders of the days in which we want to execute this exercise routine. To add new training days and hours, you must press the "+" button at the bottom right.

WHAT IS THE EXERCISE ROUTINE FOR HOME:

If we venture to do this type of high intensity training, we have to know the exercises that we are going to do in the different series. These are:

  • Jumping Jacks (open and close arms and legs while jumping)
  • Wall Sit (Lean against the wall and stay in a sitting position)
  • Push-Up (Push-ups)
  • Abdominal Crunch (Abdominales)
  • Step-Up onto chair (Get on and off a chair)
  • Squat (Squats)
  • Triceps dip on chair
  • Plank (Lying on your stomach, fully stretched out and resting on your elbows)
  • High Knees running in place
  • Lunge (move forward by bending your knees. One at a time)
  • Push-up and Rotation (Push-up with rotation)
  • Side plank (Side plank)

We have to say that all the exercises require only the weight of the body and the help of a chair.

We think it's a new way to exercise in a very short time. These types of Crossfit-type training are becoming fashionable and the truth is that the results are very good, according to the people who comment on them.
