A capricious person or individual is one who is difficult to deal with, as they are not docile or easily integrated into groups. The wayward is unwilling to follow orders or follow directions.

An example might be "This boy is very unruly, he never listens" or "The wayward character of the man confronted him with his bosses assiduously.
A disobedient person does not mean that he is always absolute, but that he has a habitual tendency towards this type of behavior. There is a stage in life when people show a major rebellion: adolescence, a stage of change and a personal crisis in which adolescents tend to question the authority of their parents.
It is normal for young people, especially in adolescence, to be somewhat rebellious due to age-specific nonconformity, trying at every step to transpose the limits they try to impose and trying to shape their personality. Although this is a scenario and, therefore, a temporary attitude, there are people who keep it throughout their lives, being eternal rebels and ungovernable forever.
