Human rights are called the essential characteristics of respect, equality and freedom with which any human being is born. Everyone has the right to independence of their nationality, sex, national or ethnic origin, race, religion, language or any other social condition. Human rights with universal ideals adopted in order to conceive of peace between nations in times of war.
The doctrine of human rights in international practice, in international law, global and regional institutions, in state policies and government activities has been the cornerstone of public policy throughout the world. This ideology was conceived out of extreme necessity, at a point in time when the political and social situation of governments was in the most critical state of all, we speak specifically of the times of the Second World War. Actions such as the atomic bomb, the massacres of the Jews, the interference of countries in wars and hatred led to the creation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Paris by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948. In this declaration the conceptions of justice, political legitimacy, and human flourishing were established that sought to realize human dignity, flourishing, or well-being totally independent of human rights.
“ All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Endowed as they are with reason and conscience, they should behave brotherly to one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Currently human rights are treated with such skepticism that they are in a certain way Ignored not only by the natural population but also by large governments and high-ranking institutions that try to colonize fertile lands of oil or some other resource to create an economic policy that has wiped out entire populations. The desire to preserve that clause that should be eternal among humans has been lost, due to hatred and an unusual need for power.
