Women and men, regardless of their physical differences, have the right to access with justice and equity to the use and benefits of the same goods and services of society, in the same way they are in the capacity to make decisions equally in the different contexts of life (political, economic, social, family and cultural).
At present, the incursion of Latin American women in the political and economic world has been increasing, however, it is expected that in the coming years, it will be possible to put an end to gender violence, and achieve equality in salaries.
