Anonim

All those individuals who are in a certain political territory of whose community they are not part of are called “foreigners”. These, in order to enter this extension of land, need to carry out a series of bureaucratic processes, which will allow them to enter legally. Two types of foreigners can be distinguished: those who have a common status, and do not have, in some cases, the same rights or benefits as those from the country in which they are located and those with a special status, who are characterized by a position quite favorable, due to the relations between the country where you start your stay and the country of origin.

Within the European Union, made up of Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Romania and Sweden, it is only necessary to carry out procedures concerning immigration rights only when you are not a national of any of the aforementioned countries; When I know one is part of the national community of one of them, it is only appropriate to carry the corresponding identification document or, well, the passport.

This process is called a community foreigner, in which they are allowed to enter, leave, circulate and stay, freely, in any of the European Union countries. However, it is important to note that, if the person wishes to stay for a long period of time in the country, it is appropriate for them to dedicate themselves to the preparation of a residence card, which can be issued up to a month after arrival at the nation.
