Impeachment is a type of public office that belongs to the type of law called Anglo-Saxon, which consists of the decision-making system or courts used in medieval times having great power especially in areas where there is British influence; this type of right is based on respect for the jurisprudence demonstrated in a trial by a judge in charge of the case.
Specifically, the impeachment (or by its meaning in Spanish: accusation) must be approved by a national congress or parliament, failing that, in order to continue with the trial of the accused individual; After the impeachment is practiced or the accusation is made, the individual involved in the case must prepare for any scenario in his future, because thanks to the development of the legal case he can be imprisoned or declared free, this will be decided through the vote of a group of people belonging to a legislative organization, so that if the result is negative, the dismissal of public office is carried out and of course the disqualification of their routine functions, in order to serve a period in jail or pay bail (depending on the crime for which you are accused).
