Internalize is the action through which a person assimilates a given fact or information. In short, the human being who lives consciously and is reflected in his own experiences also internalizes his own life assimilating theoretical and practical information about life. An intimacy is formed through the habit of internalizing experiences, thoughts, beliefs and values.
Internalizing implies doing something external. It should be noted that human beings can not only internalize positive thoughts and reflections, but also that human beings must learn to accept obstacles that pose a challenge in their lifelong learning. For example, a person who has separated from his partner has to internalize that break as a reality in his love life in order to move forward.
The process of internalizing a given information is not automatic as cause and effect. Every human being needs his time and has his own process to accept a fact as it is. However, on the path of life, a person only advances when Internalizing the facts as they are, without falling into self-deception. No human being can access the deepest heart of another human being.
Unlike the material world, the internal world of a human being is immaterial. Being immaterial, the human being can internalize an unlimited amount of experiences, internal experiences, sensations, emotions and reflections that enrich the mind and the heart of the value of the experience.
When a person has internalized a certain reality, that reality is part of his being to a greater or lesser extent. For example, when a person loves another, he internalizes that love that is part of his personal core and gives a concrete meaning to his life.
