What is privacy? »Its definition and meaning

Anonim

It is one of the greatest treasures a person has. The privacy sphere represents the space of personal privacy that every human being must protect. That is, although human beings trust part of their intimacy with friends and trusted people, in reality there is a scope that is appropriate and non-transferable.

Privacy is that indefinite area where the person reserves for a limited group of people, generally their family and friends. Its limits are not precise and depend on different circumstances.

Those acts and feelings that are kept out of the reach of the public are part of a person's privacy or privacy. It is important to emphasize that privacy is protected by law, especially in the face of government or business developments. Privacy is defended and protected through common sense. That is, you must be careful not to open your heart to a person you just met. It is positive that you trust people who earn your respect. For this, you must take your time to get to know someone as they are.

It is important to know that, for example, in Spain, privacy is considered a fundamental right. Thus, it appears in article 18 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, where several important aspects are evident, such as the following in relation to that:

  • That it is guaranteed, unless there is a contrary judicial decision, what is the secret of the communications (telephone, postal mail, telegraph).
  • That privacy is an inviolable right and, as such, is guaranteed by the legal norm of the State.
  • That the existing legislation in the country will be responsible, among many other things, for limiting, as necessary, the use of information technology so that privacy or even honor cannot be violated.

However, we must bear in mind that there are different types of privacy, such as:

Social intimacy: social intimacy in a couple leads to each other being their best friend and there is a lot of loyalty in them, that is, one helps the other to achieve success at all times and to row in favor of the current one and not in against

It is healthy for both of them that each one has their group of friends and share beautiful moments from time to time on their own, this also consolidates the social intimacy of each person.

Sexual intimacy: for sexual intimacy it is very important that both share the same values and can talk about sexuality freely, so that sexual relations are satisfactory for both.
