The word jurisconsult, according to the royal academy, is attributed to the person dedicated to the study, interpretation and application of law. In other words, he is an expert, literate, educated and knowledgeable individual in the science of law, who is dedicated to writing about this branch.
The difference between a lawyer and a lawyer is that the lawyer is a cult thinker of the law or theorist, he only thinks about this science, theorizes and then gives his opinion; While a lawyer is a professional licensed in law, who exercises the defense and direction in the legal processes of some of the investigated parties.
