A Complaint is an expression that denotes annoyance, disgust or pain. When a person or living being receives a blow or is physically or morally attacked, the response that this gives is an immediate complaint in order to repel and avoid the damage. A complaint can be expressed in many ways, orally, it presents characteristics of anger, where the words used can be offensive or express pain for the damage that is the reason for the complaint. A legal complaint, better known as a lawsuit, is a problem that is taken to a trial where it acquires value and is debated among the interested parties in order to find a solution. In a trial, the effect may or may not be done and the complaint paid, it all depends on the guilt of the defendant (to whom the complaint is issued).
