It's humiliating to violate human rights with actions and different reasons that with time have been increasing in different places and circumstances, and different lifetimes of being human, where violence was manifested by the colored skin, nationality or place of birth, social status, such as the monetary factor, quality of life, clothing or even the way of eating, gender and sexual indication, among other factors implying that the individual, human beings, independent people are not worthy of equal status.
Institutional violence is a concept that broadens and defines any misuse of power or force such as discrimination , even causing the loss of life, either through murder or physical torture such as psychologist, isolation, this includes detention by a judicial entity or institution of public functions, that is, officials may violate human rights, using physical force, with weapons through the support of the law as a security force, are violent acts that can be done individually as a collective, making it routine illegally, even if it is intentional.
Servants of public or private law who are subject to the order of the government must be punished for discrimination and in which case they prevent a natural enjoyment such as having constitutional rights as citizens of a nation and as human beings, preventing or denying rights political, constitution, care to prevent and investigate the different types of violence to reach a future eradication of it.
In Buenos Aires, May 8 was named the international day against institutional violence in 2013 and was included in the school calendar to commemorate the various serious violations against human rights, such as the event known as the Budge massacre, where three young people lost their lives at the hands of the Buenos Aires police forces, where this way of acting of the police security forces agents was made known as an easy trigger.
