It should be noted that physical activity also involves a set of emotional and psychological processes.

In recent times, physical activity has been a concept that has gained interest on the part of people, since thanks to the physical activities that are carried out with prior planning, they have a positive impact on the health of the individual who performs it, both Physical level, as well as emotional and psychological, these last two attributes are due to the fact that exercise is a good element that is responsible for discarding toxins from the body, in addition to activating certain substances that give the person who performs them a feeling of satisfaction. Undoubtedly one of the benefits that stands out the most due to the execution of physical activities, is the improvement of blood circulation, since it helps to burn a large amount of fat, in addition to activating the metabolism, giving greater strength to the muscles.
