Anonim

Growth is a term used to refer to an increase in the quantity, size of a thing, animal, person, or situation.

When we speak of a person's growth, we speak of an increase in mass due to an increase in the number of cells or cell mass, this process occurs through two mechanisms of every human being that are hyperplasia (increase in size of an organ or tissue) and hypertrophy (increase in the size of a tissue in relation to the size of the cells that form it). This process begins from conception to adulthood.

This word can be used to designate a favorable advance within the economy and indicates the ability of a country or a person to create wealth with the purpose of having a well-being in an estimated period. This type of growth is given by the action of producing goods and services that generate a monetary reward.

Within this concept we find cell growth, which corresponds to uncontrolled growth, where the surviving cells, in most organs, grow and replace those damaged cells. It also corresponds to a series of growth disorders where they can occur at the cellular level and can lead to cancer, because a group of cells have growth beyond normal limits.

Finally we have integral growth which is reflected in an individual, either in the personal, psychological and spiritual fields. It is said that having a balance of all these areas, the person can achieve all the goals that he proposes, in order to achieve stability with himself and in relation to others.
